Managers Checklist

1. Read all tournament rules and registration information.

2. Make hotel reservations.

3. Complete Tournament Application and mailed in a copy of the email confirmation and showcase fee cheque by  April 1, 2010.

4. Arranged for travel permits from District/Provincial/State Association or other governing body if travelling from outside Alberta.

5. Complete team roster and player profiles for the College Coach Booklet.

6. Made travel arrangements (air, car, bus, etc.)

7. Given a copy of the tournament rules to the coach.

8. Prepared for registration:

        Updated team roster

        Obtained player cards with photo for all players

        Have travel permit papers in hand (if outside Alberta)

        Have guest player forms in hand, properly signed and complete

        Organize all forms in the same order as roster/player cards

9. Prepared the team and parents:

        Advised them of the field assignments and schedule

        Give everyone maps and directions to the showcase fields
